The Buldhana Municipal Corporation (Citizen Grievance Redressal System) is a web-based enterprise solution that enables the Municipal Corporation to enhance citizen satisfaction through comprehensive service management and efficient service delivery.
Buldhana Municipal Corporation automates the entire complaint process right from registration to closure. It enforces service level policies to ensure that the complaint is attended to by the right department, within the desired timeline, and escalated to higher authorities for their attention and intervention in case of non-compliance with service level/quality. Once a complaint is registered in the system, it is assigned to the concerned area officer dealing with the reported problem. The system automatically sends an SMS to the officer, alerting them about the complaint and prompting the required actions.
The officer is expected to resolve the complaint within a specified period. Once a complaint is resolved, the officer marks it as closed in the system. The citizen then receives an SMS confirming the resolution of the complaint. If the citizen is not satisfied, he/she can request to re-open the complaint, which will then be escalated to the higher authority.

Digital Buldhana may include third-party links or advertisements, which we do not control or endorse. We may also display ads alongside your content, and any revenue from them will remain with us.
Our Privacy Policy explains our collection and use of information on the Service, including information you may consider personal. You consent to the information practices described in that policy as it may be updated from time to time.
We take the security of Digital Buldhana very seriously. We use reasonable measures to protect your account and the data associated with it, but we cannot guarantee that our security measures will never be bypassed. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any compromise of your account.
